How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Also mention your bank account details in which you want refund.
Our customer care team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.
Return Eligibility – Product Opening Video: To be eligibile for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Additionally, a product opening video without cut and pause is required to validate the return request.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item(s) and validating the return request. Refunds will be issued to the bank account which you mentioned in the email at the time of return.
Return Shipping – Free: Return shipping is free for eligible items. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label if applicable.
Customer Responsibility: As a customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that the returned item(s) are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Please also ensure that all original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included in the return shipment.
